Link ME, AM Unique
A Community-Led Empowerment Model
The Link ME, AM Unique Model is a five-step, community-led framework developed to empower marginalized and vulnerable communities to take ownership in addressing health, education, economic, and environmental challenges.
It emphasizes inclusive participation, capacity building, and collaborative action, ensuring that communities have both the skills and resources to plan, implement, and evaluate sustainable solutions.
